林媛,电子科技大学教授,博士生导师。1990年广西理科状元。1990年毕业于广西师大附中,后就读于中国科学技术大学,为赵忠贤院士的学生。之后分别在中科院物理所、美国休斯顿大学、美国LosAlamos国家实验室从事博士后研究,2006年起任美国Intel公司封装测试技术研发中心高级工程师。2008年回国到电子科技大学工作。

林媛,1999年在 中国科学技术大学获得博士学位,其后分别在中科院北京物理所、美国休斯顿大学、美国LosAlamos 国家实验室从事博士后研究,2006年起任美国Intel公司封装测试技术研发中心高级工程师。2008年回国到我校工作。林媛教授一直致力于系统的研究信息功能薄膜及相关新器件的制备和性能调控,承担和参加若干国家级科研项目。

主要教学成果

自2008年留校任教以来,相继承担了本科、研究生层次的课程,受到学生和同行的广泛好评。多次获得院级优秀教学奖、优秀师德奖;2008年荣获北京市“公共理论课”教学基本功大赛优秀奖。

主要科研成果

林媛教授的研究领域是电子材料及薄膜微结构工程。她在使用新工艺、新方法对薄膜微结构进行调制,和在对铁电、 高温超导、 巨磁阻和应变硅的薄膜生长等方面取得了一系列创新性成果,相关研究成果已获中国发明专利4项,美国专利4项,待授权中国发明专利10余项,部分成果已应用到国内外微电子公司的器件制作中,先后在NatureMater等国际刊物发表相关基础研究论文90余篇,SCI他引超过900次,h-因子达到20。
